9 Ways How to Speak to Yourself with Love

For years and years, I was my own harshest critic. I would berate myself for mistakes, dwell on my flaws, and undermine my own confidence. But through introspection and practice, I've learned the incredible power of self-compassion and how to use it to transform my inner dialogue.
